Being in Oliva district makes our studio very well-connected to the Tri-cities transport system.
The fastest is the public transportation - Location of Oliva gives you a great communication point!

Parking place is available in front of the Studio - on the street, it is a quiet area and your car will be safe.

Take care of our studio as you would be your own, because we respect you, so please respect for our apartment.
So - please leave the studio as clean as when you came :)
Check in is after 14.00, check out before 12 noon. On some conditions hour changes can be made.
At the beginning of your stay you will be asked to sign a rent agreement, it is needed for our is tax office.
You can not under lease or give away free neither to use the Studio or part to third person thereof, nor use it for profit.
Be aware that you are responsible for any damage, accidental or otherwise, that you cause to the apartment or anything in it during your stay.

Together with Gdynia and Sopot, Gdańsk creates the aglomeration called "Tri-City" (Trójmiasto). Gdansk Oliva is just on the edge of Main Gdansk and Sopot, in one of the most beautiful and charming old quarters, near forest hills and the sea.
We speak fluent English and some basic Russian, Spanish and German :)

Rezervations / booking:
From Jul 1 - Aug 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
- The condition of the reservation is a of 30 % down payment (deposit) on the account number provided by email - kawalerka.oliwa@gmail.com
- We are waiting 24 hours for transfer confirmation (by email) - otherwise the reservation is lost.
- The rest of the fee shall be paid in cash on arrival.
- In the event of cancellation deposit is not refundable.
